Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best service for all clients, please note the following: - Appointments can be booked up to one week in advance. - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. - Rescheduling is allowed only for confirmed appointments, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before the consultation. - A $50 fee applies to cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment and to no-shows. This policy applies to all services and courses effective March 3, 2025.
